Yellowstone

a picture of the regrowth going on since the 1988 fires.

The best icee/slushie/slurpee thus far. So far I've had "blue razzmatazz" "cherry energy" "watermelon" "rasberry lemonade" and "coke," but the best so far was this one from the Tower general store in Yellowstone. Flavor: Wild Huckleberry. So good.

The wolves were elusive, and though I think I spotted one from a distance, the bison were of course easier to spot. Here a heard was crossing the Lamar River.

We were in Yellowstone in 1989. Then the "re-growth picture" was one single yellow flower popping its head over a burned log. Fun to see this.

Hope all is well. Thinking of you often.

The wolves are always elusive, Justin.

Get it? Wolfs. Wolves.

Anyway.
