Suds
Dad and I took a trip into St. Paul today to visit the Summit Brewery. We went on a little tour and then got to have a few free samples.
Their wheat beer has been a regular brew of mine for a while, but this gave me a taste of something new, and my favorite was definitely the Pilsener. Lots of character yet still delightfully crisp and clean.

Seriously, maybe you should be a food critic. I've seen weirder things happen.
You know, that's not a bad idea... Getting paid to eat would be nice.
Also... update more. Or something. :)
